The mugs are printed using dye sublimation. This is a digital print method perfect for decorating polyester or polymer coated products.
The print method uses a combination of heat, pressure and time to transfer dye to the product we’re printing. And since it’s a digital method dye sublimation can achieve photo quality prints on your products.
Because heat and pressure are used the dyes cure within the textile fibres. The result is a permanent, high resolution full colour print.

Our sublimation inks are all water-based and toxin free.

All items will be sent on a Tracked 48 service with Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.
Royal Mail 48 generally arrives within 2 working days but can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
Please allow a processing time of 3-5 working days before shipping.
All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant courier, so they can’t be guaranteed. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it’s very likely there has been a delay in transit.

Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we’ll be able to work with you to resolve the problem. We need lost parcels to be reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time we cannot offer a replacement.
