Shopping on Numonday
Thanks for shopping on Numonday. This page explains how things work for buyers. By using our site, you agree to these terms.
When you buy on Numonday, you’re buying directly from an independent seller. Each seller runs their own shop, sets their own listings, and handles their own orders. Numonday provides the platform — we are not the seller, the supplier, or the shipper.

Payments & transactions
Payments go directly to the seller via Stripe. Numonday does not handle payments, hold stock, or ship products. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe using major debit and credit cards.
03
Your privacy
When you place an order, we share your name, email address, and shipping address with the seller so they can fulfil your order. Both Numonday and the seller are required to handle your information securely and in line with data protection law.
For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

What you can buy
- Prohibited items: no dangerous goods or illegal items may be listed or sold on Numonday. If you see something that doesn’t belong, please report it via the Help Centre.
- One-of-a-kind pieces: many items are handmade or vintage. Read descriptions carefully and ask the seller any questions before buying.
05
Shipping & delivery
Sellers are responsible for packing and posting your order. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by seller and are shown on each listing.
- Tracking: if tracking is available, the seller will provide it.
- Customs: if ordering from abroad, you may be liable for import duties — this is your responsibility.
- If something goes wrong: if your order doesn’t arrive or there’s an issue, contact the seller directly using the email address in your order confirmation.
06
Returns & cancellations
Sellers set their own return and cancellation policies. These are shown on each shop page and apply to your order.
Any return, refund, or cancellation request must be agreed directly with the seller. Numonday does not approve, process, or enforce returns on a seller’s behalf.

Respectful communication
Buyers are expected to communicate directly and respectfully with sellers. Most issues can be resolved by contacting the seller clearly and promptly.
Numonday does not monitor or intervene in buyer–seller conversations.

Disputes

Our role
Numonday provides the platform. Sellers create listings, take payment, and ship products. We cannot guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any item listed. Any legal claims relating to a purchase must be directed to the seller, not Numonday.
