Our role as a platform

This page explains how copyright and intellectual property matters are handled on Numonday, and how to report a potential infringement.

Numonday is an online marketplace that provides a platform for independent sellers to run their own shops. Each seller is solely responsible for the products they sell and the content they upload — including images, designs, descriptions, and branding.

Numonday does not create listings, supply products, or provide images on behalf of sellers.

Seller responsibility

Sellers must only use content they have the legal right to use. This includes full responsibility for:

Product photos and lifestyle images
Artwork, illustrations, designs, and patterns
Logos, branding, and written descriptions
Any third-party images or assets used in listings

Important: Numonday does not verify ownership or licensing of seller content and accepts no liability for copyright or intellectual property infringements made by sellers.

Reporting a concern

If you believe content on Numonday infringes your rights, use the process below. Reports that do not include sufficient information may not be reviewed.

Your report must include:

A direct link to the listing or content in question
A clear description of the copyrighted work being infringed
Proof that you own — or are authorised to act for — the rights holder
Your full name and contact details

Submit a copyright report

What happens next

The listing may be removed or restricted

The reported listing may be taken down or restricted while the issue is under review.

The seller will be notified

The seller will be informed of the report and is responsible for responding to the claim directly.

Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions

Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions or permanent removal from the platform.

Note: Numonday does not mediate disputes between rights holders and sellers, and does not provide legal advice.

Reporting channels

Copyright and intellectual property concerns are handled only through the reporting process above — by emailing hello@numonday.com with all required information included.

We do not accept copyright reports via social media messages, contact forms, or any other channel.

This policy applies to all content listed on Numonday.
