Numonday provides an online platform for you to sell your products from in your very own online shop space.
You must be a self-representing artist, designer or maker and resident in the United Kingdom to sell on Numonday.
Products should be handmade, designed or up-cycled by you to be sold with us.
Items sold on Numonday must *not* infringe someone else’s copyright or trademark. It is your responsibility to check that you are not infringing Copyright or any Trademark (especially if you are using a brand name, logo, or character name).
Any liability rests with you should the Copyright or trademark owner pursue a legal case against you for misuse of a trademarked term or logo and/or for using copyrighted material.
We reserve the right to remove any products or close any accounts without notice that breach our subscription terms, and they will not be entitled to a refund.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each month, 3 months, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.
From 1st February 2024 our subscription pricing is fixed as follows: monthly plans – £6/month, 3 monthly plans – £15/month, 6 monthly plans – £25/6 months, and 12 monthly plans at £45/year.
Lifetime plans are a one-off payment of £90 – no recurring fees.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you submit.
Closing your account means that the automatic subscription renewal will be disabled immediately, and your account will be fully closed including the deletion of your shop and listings once the remaining subscription period you have paid for has expired.
If you need to permanently close your account immediately, instead of using up your remaining paid period, then follow the account closure process a second time and your account will permanently closed within 1 working day – any remaining period on your subscription is non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
You agree that the subscription is final, that Numonday will not refund any transaction once it has been made and that the subscription cannot be refunded. When you open the account, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable or exchangeable.
