Hey there, My name is Susie and I run The Marshmallow Kitchen in Nottingham. Most of the time you will find me knee deep in marshmallow fluff or chocolate, but when I manage to escape you will see my partner Colin and I at food festivals around the UK. I pretty much do everything here from creating and testing recipes, making, tasting, packaging, marketing, social media, dealing with online sale and emails, admin.......... I even get to eat and sleep in between (well sometimes). Last but most certainly not least is my awesome partner Colin also plays a very important part of TMK as he is my chief taste tester (it's a perk of the business, such a hard job!) and takes us to events, helps to set up and sell our goodies. Couldn't do this without him and our amazing customers.
