ORTOPLUG. Small, independent business based in England. For nearly 10 years we've been designing all sorts of patterns with wide range of quality woods. We hope you enjoy our product as much as we enjoy our work when make them for you. How our products are made: At first 3D design is made,then patterns are engraved with cutter bits with an accuracy up to 0.1mm,shape and finish handmade with size tolerance +/- 0.5mm. All our products stay 24hrs in natural oil and then they are carefully polished by hand with a mix of ginseng oil and jojoba liquid wax to preserve the wood. We to do not use any materials sourced from animals,and we do not use chemicals. My workshop offers many types and colors of wood. Each wood has its own color shades and may differ from the one shown in the picture, also remember that each wood darkens with time.
