The History Of The Company:
Based in Essex, Alchemy Furnishings is a furniture design studio created by Marcus Mursell, owner of Hitech Steel which was founded in 2009.
Hitech Steel works closely with clients such as Darwin & Wallace and Coriander Building to produce reliable, durable solutions that meet all legislative and regulatory requirements.
We have a broad spectrum of clients within the Hospitality, Sports, Commercial Buildings, Social and Private Housing and Motor Industries.
All works are carried out in Essex, using British steel. Recent work includes projects for the new Beau Brummell restaurant opening in London this month, the Blixen Restaurant in Shoreditch, The Wrights Bros Seafood restaurant in East London, and currently working with Bricks Capital.
With the recent addition of Hitec Powder Coating company we can now offer a one stop service and can experiment combining both processes.

With 30 years of experience in the Steel Industry, working with interior designers and architects to create functional, effective and elegant structural solutions and furniture pieces, founder Marcus wanted to use his wealth of knowledge and experience to create own collections, Allowing him the opportunity to really explore and challenge the characteristic properties of steel. To push the boundaries of the material and processes whilst showcasing the company's skills.
