Hi and welcome to macrametime437! I’m the one behind all these knots, making every single thing you see here completely by hand.

My love for macrame started totally by accident. I was looking for a fun, creative way to relax, so I got a small bundle of cotton string and tried learning a basic knot. That one little weekend project turned into a massive obsession! I never took any formal lessons or classes. Instead, I just spent hours and hours untangling my mistakes, trying out cool new patterns I thought of, and practicing until the ropes finally did exactly what I wanted them to do. It takes a lot of patience, but I absolutely love it.
