Peacock Pottery is a group of three like-minded creatives all working with clay as the medium, but all creating completely different results, working out of a small studio at Riverside Barns, Ickleton. This webpage comprises the work of Aileen Rose. Focussing more on the unique style created through handbuilding, she produces one of a kind ceramic gifts and keepsakes. Lover of cats and the outdoors, Aileen Rose draws her inspiration from nature, more specifically the sea and beach and all it contains. Her techniques stem from those created by our predecessors and as a full time archaeologist, she is able to examine and utilise these in her forms.
