This very cute 925 Sterling Silver charm pendant necklace, features 3 gorgeous tags, the 1st being a gorgeous heart bearing the words ‘You’ the 2nd is a cute tiny tag bearing the ‘&’ symbol and lastly the 3rd is a round tag bearing the word ‘Me’, all 3 tags are separated by beautiful 925 Sterling Silver Stardust Rondelle spacers. All on a lovely 925 18″ Chain.

Shipping Policy

I currently use Royal Mail for all items in the UK (and international) although at present during these times I am only shipping to UK.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for ALL Jewellery items, to ensure adequate Insurance Cover, should anything occur on its journey to you, this is for your peace of mind and mine.

Items of £50.00 or over are required to be sent via Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' anyway this is due to RM terms whereby any packages containing jewellery with a £50.00 value and over will not be covered by RM Insurance unless sent by this method.

Proof of postage is kept for all orders and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays or lost items, nor any additional courses/postage/overseas charges upon delivery.

All of my work is gift wrapped and packaged well. If the item arrives damaged via the mail please contact me immediately. I advise taking a photo of the damaged package/item as proof.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return an item, you MUST contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship back within 7 days of delivery, via 'Signed For Service.'
Once I receive your item and it is inspected and found to be in the same condition as when sent out, you will receive a full refund less postage.

I do not accept exchanges or cancellations...but please contact me should you have a problem.

The following items CANNOT be returned...
Because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders.

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, of which the refund will reflect.
