This painting captures the striking modern design of St Malo Cathedral’s abstract rose window. The colours are both vibrant and flawless, contrasted by the rich dense black of the leading.

I only use high quality materials for my paintings to ensure they meet archival standards. All of my paints have a high lightfast quality and the heavyweight watercolour paper is acid-free.
Frame (Original Painting)
Matt Black Wood frame with acrylic glazing and D Ring fixings on the back
Acid-Free warm white double mount and backing
My giclee prints are produced by a professional printer, both the inks and the paper meet archival standards.

I realise that purchasing a work of art is not a decision to be taken lightly and I welcome you to email me if you would like to know more about a particular piece or indeed about me as an artist!

Please note that although the original painting is framed, prints are sold unframed. Please email me if you would like a quote for framing: [email protected]

Additional information

Limited Edition Unframed Print, Original Framed Painting

Hi, I’m Shelley and I’m a fine artist living in the West Country in the UK. As well as having a passion for art I also love travel, literature and cooking. I am fortunate to be blessed with a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter and 2 tearaway cats!
I recently left a long teaching career to embark upon my new business as a full time freelance artist and I’ve never looked back. I am passionate about drawing and painting and I am strong advocate of mastering traditional techniques of good quality draughtsmanship and I hope this comes across in my work. I’ve had my work exhibited in Bath, Bristol and London and I have sold original works of art to customers in the UK and beyond.
