Hi my name’s Jakki and I handcraft one of a kind jewellery, keyrings, bookmarks, and Christmas Victorian baubles and Wirework Trees, Angels and Snowflakes.
I use different mediums including Gemstones, Acrylic and Glass beads, Seed and bugle beads and Crystals. I can also create bespoke pieces for you just get in touch with me and we can work out a unique design just for you or a loved one for a truly special gift.
Your jewellery will be packaged in a lovely organza bag and a bubblewrap bag for protection in the post, if you want it to be signed for this can be arranged for a small fee. I will take returns up to 14 days but I’m not able to have earrings returned due to health and hygeine.
I will only use any details of yours for my own personal use, and will make sure any interactions between us are kept private.I don't keep any information unless asked to do so, your information will be deleted as soon as the item has been paid for and delivered.
I will take a deposit for a bespoke item and if you change your mind this is unrefundable. I will expect full payment of an item before it is despatched to you and any problems should be bought to my attention as soon as possible so it can be resolves between us. Ear rings will not be accepted for return due to health and hygeine. Please contact me for any problems and I will do my best to resolve these between us. Thank you.
