Description

So soft and snuggly, these reversible snoods are made with beautiful cotton jersey, fleece and polyester thread.

Designed for dogs or a child, for use around the neck.

This design is only available in one size.
Laying flat this snood is 10 x 10 inch and will fit up to a 20 inch head circumference.
Please ensure you measure the head size to check the fit. I cannot adjust the size of this product.

Hand wash or washing machine no higher than 30 degrees. Do not iron or tumble dry. Lay flat to dry.
Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sizes are approximate and pattern placement will differ with each product.
Do not leave animals unattended while wearing snoods or any of my pet accesories, this is the owners responsibility. Do not attach anything such as leads or collars to the snood. Check for signs of wear over time and discontinue use of damaged items.
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Terms and Conditions

All products are handmade, therefore the pattern placement will vary from product to product. I do use my own templates for cutting all my material but sizes are all approximate due to the handmade nature of them. Colour of products may differ slightly from those on your screen, as phones and computers sometimes make the colours look different depending on their settings. Please follow directions for washing handmade goods in each item description on the website. Do not leave your animal unattended while wearing any of our products, they are design as fun accessories only and should never be attached directly to leads. Please don't wear bandanas, bow ties, hair scrunchies, head warmers or snoods near open flames or high heat sources.

Shipping Policy

Delivery is Royal Mail Second Class (Second Class Signed For on orders over £20.00) and is UK only at present. I will obtain proof of postage for all orders. Time to dispatch may vary due to each product being handmade. Your accessories will be sent in a box that fits through your letter box.
Our postal services are working as hard as possible to deliver items, but please be patient as there may be delays during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I am not responsible for any delays during this time.

Return Policy

I accept returns within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. Unfortunately, hair scrunchies and head warmers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the are faulty.
Please ensure all pet items are unworn, unwashed, free from pet hair and in the same condition you received them. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the reason for return is due to faulty or damaged goods. Please make sure you get a proof of postage before sending your item back to me, so a claim can be made if it is lost during return. Items will be checked and if your return is approved a refund will be given within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for any loss of value for products not sent back in the same condition you received them.
