These gardening dibbers have been hand turned from oak and finished with danish oil, they are used to create a hole in soil or compost when planting seeds. The overall length is 180mm (7”), the largest diameter of the tapered section is around 22mm (7/8”) and I have burned 4 lines onto each dibber spaced 25mm (1”) apart to use as a guide for judging the depth or spacing of seeds being planted. These are sold individually and the price shown is for 1 dibber. They are individually hand turned so each one has slight variations which do not affect their use.

I watched a video that Andrew posted online of him making a pot maker and decided to treat myself as it was on my wish list.

It’s easy to be tempted to buy a mass-produced item for a few £’s than a handcrafted product. I’m all for a bargain myself, but would rather support a small business than a large chain.

I’m so glad that I did support a small business as the quality and workmanship of this pot maker is fantastic as you can see the high level of craftmanship that was used to make it. It’s solid and robust and you can see it will last a lifetime.

Highly recommend this seller for his products and fast turn around and any budding gardener would be delighted to receive this as a gift.
