Description

These gardening dibbers have been hand turned from oak and finished with danish oil, they are used to create a hole in soil or compost when planting seeds. The overall length is 180mm (7”), the largest diameter of the tapered section is around 22mm (7/8”) and I have burned 4 lines onto each dibber spaced 25mm (1”) apart to use as a guide for judging the depth or spacing of seeds being planted. These are sold individually and the price shown is for 1 dibber. They are individually hand turned so each one has slight variations which do not affect their use.

    I watched a video that Andrew posted online of him making a pot maker and decided to treat myself as it was on my wish list.

    It’s easy to be tempted to buy a mass-produced item for a few £’s than a handcrafted product. I’m all for a bargain myself, but would rather support a small business than a large chain.
