Designed with natural polished 8mm Tiger’s Eye beads these stylish earrings have been wrapped by hand using bare copper wire. They were created following a Kelly Jones Jewellery tutorial and would make you or your loved one a perfect gift. The copper has been oxidised to enhance the delicate wire detail.

Besides its natural beauty and ability to oxidise and transform, 100% of copper can be recycled without any loss of its original mined quality. Over 80% of the copper mined since it was discovered thousands of years ago is still in use today.

Those who happen to be deficient in copper may benefit from wearing it in jewellery form, such as necklaces, rings and bracelets. It is a good way of taking in the small amount of the mineral needed, without overwhelming the body. The healing properties of copper has been reported by some to relieve the symptoms of arthritis and circulation problems.

In the UK, copper is traditionally associated with the ninth year of marriage (7th in the USA), its beauty and malleability symbolising the way a married couple can bend to accommodate each other after nine long years.

I Tanya Wannerton am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from numonday. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.

Sellers must post items purchased within three (3) working days of receiving payment unless otherwise clearly stated on the product description OR if the buyer’s identity and / or address cannot be authenticated

All items must be received by the buyer in under 30 days unless you have agreed a longer term in writing (e.g. email) with the buyer.
Buying
You must pay for items purchased by you, unless the seller has made a clear typographical error or you cannot authenticate the seller’s identity. You and you alone are liable for paying the seller if you commit to buy an item.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Shipping Policy

I am a small run business and simply do not earn enough to subsidise shipping fees. At the same time I try to be fair with my customers. I aim to keep my fees low, making my own beautiful gift boxes by hand. I charge one single shipping fee at checkout, regardless of how many items you add in a single order.

Free shipping sound good right? But is it really free? Other companies choose to factor in their p&p expenses into the price of every individual item they stock, meaning you are usually still paying the fee anyway. This is a mark up on every single item in your basket, meaning you could well be paying shipping more than once.

Unfortunately I no longer ship to the EU. This is down to fellow crafters experiencing packages being returned to since Brexit customs changed. Often this is due to unexpected fees the customer did not expect. If you live overseas (outside the EU) and wish to purchase my jewellery please send me a message and I can arrange a private sale or quote for shipping abroad. Many of my wire wraps have flown across the globe.

When will you post?
I try to ship as soon as possible. I have set the parameters at 3 working days but more often than not they are sent the following day. It may take longer if you have requested a custom made item.
I typically ship from the UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you require first class or fast tracked options please contact me and discuss options. For any sales above £20 I aim to add tracking where possible. International orders are sent by airmail which usually arrives within 30 days. I cannot guarantee a delivery date for your order but if your item has not arrived within five weeks please get in touch. Covid19 impacts each country differently when it comes to shipping so check your local information for any estimated delays.Typically:
UK delivery: 3-5 working days
Canada: 1-5 weeks
North America: 1-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs but will send everything tracked.

Return Policy

I am happy to offer a refund on some of my items (see below for restrictions). Returns are accepted providing you contact me via email: tanmadewithlove@mail.com within 14 days of delivery, and items are returned to me within 30 days of delivery. It is highly recommended you keep proof of postage should you choose to return anything as I will only be able to process a refund once the item has arrived back with me. All jewellery must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

For hygiene reasons earrings (or sets containing earrings) cannot be cancelled once dispatched or returned.

All bespoke, customised or personalised designs are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
