You will get a 400ml water bottle with wonderful characters printed with the name of your child to make it more special. The water bottle will be printed on both sides. You will receive your bottle without the watermark. In the message box include the skin tone, fair, medium and dark. Eye colour, blue, brown, and green.
How can you place an order:

= Add your email to the message box for the preview of the product to minimise any errors.
= Place your order.

Process and despatching
As soon as we get the order we will start to prepare for the sublimation of the order, and we will send you a preview of the order to check any errors.
We are a small business from home, and our products are made with love, and we send your order with doubled-walled packaging to prevent damage. We will despatch your order within 3 working days however, on busy times such as November and December we will despatch within 7 working days.
Shipping:
= All our orders be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class. Keep in mind delays within postal services is possible.
Returns:
= No returns are accepted because of the nature of personalisation, however, if the error is from our end. we will despatch within 7 working days.
