Description

Wedding Glass Charms add colour to your tables and place settings whether you choose the theme colour of the bridesmaid dresses or to complement the flowers.
The Glass Charms can decorate wine and champagne glasses, place cards, and napkins.
Your guests can also keep them as favours to remember your day.
I also make Glass Charms for you (see other listings) however an increasing number of Brides and friends of Brides are asking for kits to be able to make them yourself – DIY. Not just to save costs but to contribute to the special day.

Glass Charms are made from the following –
2 x 6mm pearl beads in your choice of colour,
4 x 4mm starburst silver acrylic beads,
silver plated glass wire and 1 x antique silver or silvertone heart charm of your choice.

Choose the quantity of each Wedding-themed Charm you require from the drop-down menu.
If your event is a long way off consider adding “Thank you for sharing our day” to ensure any last-minute invitees aren’t missed.

DIY Glass Charm Kits are also available in the following colours – White, Ivory, Mid-Pink, Light Purple, Fuchsia beads, Baby Blue, Purple, Peacock Blue, Teal, Dusky Pink, Dark Green or Dark Red – see MY OTHER LISTINGS.
It is up to you how you want to mix and match colours, but wait until all are in your basket before progressing to checkout, so you only pay one postage rate.

You won’t need specialist tools, a basic pair of precision pliers will be adequate, in case you don’t have any we do have jewelry pliers for sale.

Heart charms are double-sided, alloy, antique silver coloured and have rhinestones on both sides.
Size 16mm-17mm x 14mm-15mm, except –
“Thank You” – 11mm x 10mm, double-sided, zinc alloy, no rhinestones, ideal for any guest including those last-minute invitees.
“Thank you for sharing our day” – 15mm x 14mm, single-sided, alloy, no rhinestones, relief not blacked, ideal for any guest including those last-minute invitees.

Charm components will be packed in a press stud pouch. They will be packaged in a Sealed Air envelope.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018. Penrux's data controller gathers and holds personal data from clients and website users (i.e. names, addresses, phone numbers) in the role of data processor under GDPR.

We have systems in place that allow us to quickly identify and remove any data held about you, either two years after the last service or should you wish to be forgotten by us. We comply with the EU specified time limit of one month.

Using and Care of Your Purchase
Avoid the use of use abrasives as they may damage the surface. Your item would benefit from an occasional wipe with a mild detergent on a soft cloth or sponge to keep its finish. Avoid the use of abrasive cloths. Take care when using perfumes and sprays near to the item, as these and other substances may damage the bound surface, clean items regularly as described that may come into contact with toiletries to prevent damage. Penrux items are robust but we do not recommend allowing them to be worn/used when partaking in boisterous activities. Items are not suitable for unsupervised children. Buyers should be aware of small components and sharp charms such as the Katana sword in "The Walking Dead" keepsakes. Keepsakes - Necklaces, Keyrings, Keychains, Bag Charms and Bouquet Charms keepsakes are decorative and not intended to have personal objects attached to them. Glass Charms should be separated carefully immediately prior to use. Rings, Decals, charms and pendants are not designed for use by children who should be supervised. Penrux uses Tibetan silver, Zinc alloy, Rhodium, Stainless steel and Silver-Plated components in our products as stated in each listing. Buyers should read each listing to judge if suitable for the users. As a quick guide -Tibetan silver is a zinc alloy that contains no nickel, cadmium or lead, the more common allergen in jewellery. Rhodium contains no nickel, copper, cadmium or lead. Stainless steel is allergy-free. Components such as jump rings, split rings, and bails are silver-plated copper or stainless steel where stated. Pendants made from Tibetan silver and rhodium have an antiqued finish, they have small pits and bubbles in the finish and blacking, these are not flaws and are to be expected. Pendants are made from stainless steel and are laser engraved on one side only, the finish is smooth. We can laser engrave stainless steel pendants to your spec if possible, please contact us before buying.

We are open Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 15:00. The office and workshop are closed at weekends and on public holidays, we use an out-of-office message app to stack messages. Please do not repeat messages, this results in the message stream being stacked in the most recent position and delaying our reply. Shipping Policy

Despatch
We aim to dispatch within five days of order, the day of despatch is dependent on the day of the week that you place your order. Please see the schedule outlined below.

​Royal Mail collects all classes of business post, from our workshop, on Monday and Friday only.
Items purchased BEFORE 14:30 on Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday, (excluding public holidays).
Items purchased BEFORE 14:30 on Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday, (excluding public holidays).
The extra charge for first-class post is imposed by Royal Mail and does not alter the despatch schedule.
DPD courier services collect daily Monday - Friday.
Items for courier delivery, purchased BEFORE 12:00 noon will be dispatched on the next weekday, (excluding public holidays).
All timescales refer to working days.

Delivery
Royal Mail aim to deliver within the following delivery times -

First-class Tracked: 1-2 working days from despatch
Second-class: 3-5 working days from despatch
Royal Mail does not guarantee timings on standard services, the only guaranteed service is Special delivery or Next-day delivery which is quoted as 1-2 working days delivery from dispatch.
The estimated delivery date is quoted before placing the order, in your order confirmation upon order and is shown in your order history after order.

All parcels are dispatched with Delivery confirmation tracking, a service developed by Royal Mail and synced with most eCommerce platforms, which provides you with a reference number to prove postage and online confirmation of delivery. It is not a fully tracked service.
A 2D barcode is shown on the address label which holds information regarding the parcel. This service incurs no extra cost to you and is operated by Royal Mail. Please ask for details.
Delivery Confirmation is not the same service as a fully tracked service. If you need to know the progress of your parcel at any time, please ask about full tracking before ordering.
Orders will be shipped to the PayPal/Bank registered address. Please check it is correct before submitting an order. The address can not be changed after order.
Anything returned to us or the distribution centre due to an incorrect or incomplete address will result in additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the shipping address is correct.
Occasionally delays can occur in the postal system from such causes as, but not limited to, Inclement Weather, Pandemic, and Transport Difficulties.

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the estimated delivery date please contact us via eBay messages. You are required to record this by reporting to eBay via Your Order History. Reporting to eBay protects both the buyer and seller. Any details such as the dispatch date, postal service and the tracking number, if relevant, will be shared between eBay and the delivery service used. If the parcel is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time, e.g. 10 days for Royal Mail standard services, your order will be replaced or refunded, as requested. (Times vary depending on the postal service). Where an order is delivered late you have the option to keep the item while filing a claim for late delivery.

Return Policy

Penrux offers a return policy on both Seller and Buyer returns. ​

You must notify Penrux within 10 days of delivery if you intend to return. The returned item must reach Penrux within 21 days of delivery to you.
You are advised to get proof of posting receipt from the post office, a receipt is not automatically given.
