The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail,1st Class, unless discussed otherwise.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
All items are checked prior to being sent out to the customer.

Any problems / queries need to be addressed to Blisscohan within 3 days of receiving the item. No returns excepted unless based on sufficient proof and reason. We will consider each case individually should you feel a return is warranted.
