What is Curiosity journalling anyway!?
Curiosity journalling is a relaxed mix of nature journalling, bullet journalling and journalling for mental health. There are no rules or expectations, no need for anatomically correct sketches of wildlife, or spilling your deepest secrets. Curiosity journalling encourages you to connect to nature by noticing the sights and sounds around you and recording them in any way that feels right to you. Stickers and colouring pencils are provided as a way of adding colour and expressing how you feel, without needing to be a fine artist or getting caught in the trap of the ‘perfect journal spread’.
