Walnut kernels are a natural exfoliant. They can be added to any balms to create a facial scrub/exfoliator without causing the skin any harsh damage. They are packed full of antioxidants, brighten skin, evening out dark skin tones, circles under the eyes & promote regular skin cell renewal. They are great particularly for mature skin as they help to redefine wrinkles & fine lines keeping your skin appearance brighter & youthful looking
1.Scoop out a good pea sized amount of any of the balms, (depending on your skin type or symptom) & warm in the palm of your hands. Work the warmed balm into your facial skin, taking care around delicate areas.
2.Soak the flannel in hot water and rinse before placing over the facial area. Hold. Repeat this action a few time allowing the heat of the water to penetrate the skin, before washing the balm off the skin.
3.To exfoliate, repeat this action, however take a good pinch of Apricot kernels & blend it in the palm of your hands with a balm. Work the exfoliant into your skin in circular motions. Wash the exfoliant off using warm water & flannel. (Repeat this 2 a week as part of your skincare routine)
Scoop out a small pea size amount of balm & warm in the palm of your hands before working into your skin in circular motions. Repeat this in the day if your require extra attention to the skin.
4.Complete this skincare set with Rose water or Aloe & Rose gel when skin is sore, to tone & refresh skin
