Refunds will be made on receipt of returned yarn or product in resaleable condition, or where there is a fault* with the yarn or product. Yarn must be returned at customers' expense and only if the product is found to be at fault will the cost of this be refunded.
No compensation will be paid for inconvenience or disappointment.
Please bear in mind, that, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Normal returns procedure will be followed and items must be returned at customers' expense.
* Fault is deemed to be that which would make it unusable for the intended purpose: ie; dyeing the yarn and making a knitted, crocheted, woven or similarly constructed item from it. Small slubs are natural and will not be considered faults. A SMALL number of knots and joins are also acceptable within industry standards.
