– Refound Policy and replacement:
Refound is only available in case the order contains damage on the part of the seller (damage in the design), with photos as proof within 3 days after receipt of the order. In the event that there is a missing detail in the design (name or special details required), a replacement is possible by sending the order back, once it has arrived at the seller’s premises.
