SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DISPATCHED?
Our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.

HOW ARE MY PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P.

The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly. The vast majority of parcels ship plastic-free, except for framed prints, which ship wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to prevent the glass from breaking.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?
There is our turnaround time of up to 7 days, and then the delivery time. This depends on the courier handling your parcel.

Return Policy

RETURNS
WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS IF THERE IS A FAULT.
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you change your mind after the item has been printed, we will ask you to accept responsibility for your order. We have no way of controlling the process as it is handled by our suppliers on their premises. And we cannot resell the products either.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply contact us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 25 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
