UK deliveries on items under 2 kg are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class 3/5 days. I can adjust postage to suit so please get in touch if you require a quicker postage option. Remember I hand pour all my products, do labels & design the small details. Candles will be made within 3 working days from order & then take a further 5 days to cure. I can post during curing process, I aim to make to order, cure & deliver within 10 buisness days.
International deliveries will vary & shipped to the EU only. Often only a minimum timescale can be given. Most international deliveries aim to be with you in 10 business days. Important information.
Sacred Space will retain an element of responsible for items until they are delivered to the requested address (this included damage items in transit, but not damage caused to items at the address). All items are packed accordingly to prevent damage, however in the rare occasion an item is delivered damaged, Sacred Space retains the right to request the item to be returned in the original packaging to inspect the damage, repair or replace before a refund will be offered. For return process please see Returns section. Sacred Space will not be responsible for incorrect addresses listed by the customer, once delivered I am unable to make contact with an address to retrieve an item. If you require tracked delivery, Once proof of delivery has been received to the specified address Sacred Space is no longer responsible for the item (this includes business addresses, or actions of persons or animals at the address. This includes delivery processes within a delivery address). Business or multi-occupancy address delivery. Further to mentioned above, despite the items having the recipient name, delivery to a business address or multi-occupancy address where a postbox is not provided for stated recipient, or the postal box is not capable of holding the parcel, or a reception / concierge facility receives all postage for the stated address, items will be deemed as delivered to the recipient once the reception / concierge accept the item, or proof of delivery has been received. Proof of delivery is not part of Royal Mail standard parcel 1st and 2nd class service where a signature is not required.
