Once the order and payment have been received I aim for them to be in the post within 2-3 days, please message me if your order is needed sooner.
All Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail taking 3-5 working days. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard, with an estimated shipping time to the USA and the rest of the world being 7-15 business days.
At busier times (for example Christmas) shipping times may be longer. Please note Duty/Taxes may be imposed by your country when importing goods, you are liable for any fees applicable. No responsibility is taken for delays due to custom checks.
For lost orders we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks, if you've still not received by this time, please get in touch.
If you are ordering a custom or bespoke artwork this could take up to 2 weeks before it is shipped.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and return within 30 days. A full refund will be issued once the item is returned. The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping and any loss in value if the order is not returned in its original condition.
