Terms and Conditions

Processing time can take up to 2 days depending on the size of the order and time of the week the order has been placed.
We ship 2nd class within the UK therefore your parcels might take up to 2/3 working days to arrive.
If you're ordering internationally, please understand that the shipping might take a while more as we ship everything from England.

We ship all of our products currently through the Royal Mail. We'd like to specify that we DO NOT keep the shipping money and we use it strictly to ship your items. Return Policy

If at any point you wish to return an item, you will be required to pay the shipping fee for the said item/items.
If you wish for a refund that will only be possible if the items are unopened and unused, they'll be fully refunded as soon as we get them back.
If by any chance your item arrives to you broken or damaged, please send pictures within the same day of arrival to our email address, and we shall evaluate the problem and refund you accordingly.
