PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS Care is taken to ensure product descriptions in this store are clear and correct. Please contact me should you notice an error in a product listing. alternativenormal accepts no liability however, for any inconvenience or losses, arising from such errors. COLOURS All prints are inspected to ensure colours are printed as intended by the artist. The device on which you view the product in this store may show these colours slightly differently. This is quite normal, given the range of display screen devices and their settings. Any such variation will not be deemed a defect. In all cases, the printed colours are the correct ones. PRICING The prices on this store cover the products, plus packaging and delivery charges. All prices are in pounds sterling (£). alternativenormal reserves the right to alter these prices at any time and without notice. Any price changes will NOT apply to 'open orders', meaning those orders for which payment has been made and are still awaiting despatch or delivery. The prices shown are the full prices you will pay to alternativenormal. Import duties and charges may be applied in certain countries, for which you, the customer, will be liable. These are charges levied by authorities in your destination country. Neither alternativenormal or any shipping partner I use has control over these fees, and no part of them is paid to us. PRODUCT RANGE alternativenormal reserves the right to withdraw a product from sale at any point and without notice. If a product is withdrawn for which open orders exist, those orders will be fulfilled, wherever possible. If for any reason I'm unable to fulfil an open order, I will offer you the option to chose another product of the same value or to cancel your order and receive a refund. LIABILITY FOR LOSSES In the event that alternativenormal is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, or to replace defective or incorrect items; you agree that I am obliged ONLY to refund the full amount you paid to alternativenormal for those missing or defective items. alternativenormal will not be liable for any further charges or losses you incur, howsoever caused.
