Our privacy policy is simple - Tri-essence does not store or copy any of our customers personal or private information at all. We will only answer emails, text messages, etc that our customers initiate first. You will never receive marketing emails/messages from us and because we don't hold any of your details on file, we certainly don't sell or pass details on to a 3rd party. So if you receive any correspondence with our name/logo/brand on it and were not expecting it, it's not us and we certainly don't give anyone else permission to use our name, images or logo.
In short - If it hasn't come directly from Tri-essence, Royston James or Dawn Parry because you have contacted us first, delete'/ignore it because its not us.
Terms and Conditions
Due to the unique nature of our products, Tri-essence photographs, catalogues and thoroughly inspects all items that are produced by us. All descriptions are as accurate as we can make them and are always accompanied by at least one picture. All unique items are, by their nature, one off designs and are sold on a first come first served basis. (you will be advised as quickly as possible if an item is no longer available and alternative options are always given.) Some of our unique products are sometimes also on sale at the festivals, craft fairs and artisan fairs that we attend and whilst we make every effort to remove any items sold elsewhere as soon as possible, there is on a rare occasion a cross over point where an item is both listed on numonday and sold at a festival. In this very rare event our customers are always given the option of having a new item designed and made especially for them in a similar style (at no extra cost) or receive a full refund.
Many of our wooden items contain up-cycled components that have been restored by us in our workshop. We do not use wood that has been cut from living trees solely for the purpose of building our products, (the tree is much more valuable to us living in the forest). Please see the details of our products for all relevant information regarding your new purchase. if you should require more information on an item then please contact us before your final purchase and we will be happy to give all the information we have. unless otherwise stated, all silver charms used are Tibetan and all Silver wire used in artwork and wrapping is silver plated, this is to keep our costs competitive. All chains are 925 silver and all crystals used are the real thing.
Shipping Policy
All of our items/products are shipped in padded envelopes and using 2nd lass royal mail post unless otherwise stated.
If you wish to arrange 1st class postage, extra insurance, signed for, etc then please contact us at the time of ordering to arrange this. (there is a small surcharge for all additional shipping requirements to cover costs incurred) It is taken by us (Tri-essence) that no communication regarding shipping means that you are happy with our standard postage and packing arrangements and your item will be shipped as soon as possible.
Due to our remote location here in Cornwall, we cannot post items at weekends or on public holidays. Any item ordered during these times will be sent the very next available working weekday. It is our policy to keep all of our customers informed on the shipping status of their order wherever possible. If there is anything you wish to know about your order or ordering items with us, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Return Policy
Our returns policy is as follows:
Many of our items are unique one off designs that cannot be duplicated or copied, so we have a policy to photograph, thoroughly inspect and securely package our products for shipment. In the event of any items being damaged in transit, we would require a photograph of the damage to see if we can either have the item returned so we can repair it, make another item along a similar design or replace it with an item from our existing stock. So, contact us with the problem, (please take a picture of the damaged item), make your choice of what you'd like done and we will send you a padded envelope to return the item and once it is back with us ,we can either repair it, make something just as amazing and unique for you or you can choose something else from our stock to replace it.
Any cash/card refunds are processed once we have received the damaged/returned item. We have this policy because we can often utilise non-damaged components of the item to make other amazing works of art and recycle what can't be used. We try to do our very best to keep our business as environmentally friendly as possible, thank you for your understanding.
