The green man peridot tree of life suncatcher. Pagan, Wicca, free shipping

1 in stock

Here’s my favourite guy the green man in suncatcher form! Hung from green organza ribbon is a trio of green crystal cut glass floral shaped green beads, attached to this is a large silver tone tree. Attached to the tree is a ornate silver tone moon, a silver tone enamelled green oak leaf with a peridot chip attached, a silver tone raven and a silver tone green man.
At the bottom of the tree is 2 clusters of peridot chips with a silver tone acorn charm on the end of each cluster. There is another green crystal glass floral bead with a silver tone sun beneath it with another green crystal cut glass flower attached and then a large silver tone green man. This is a one off piece.

Peridot is the birth stone for August. Associated with the sun peridot has been prized since the earliest civilisations for its protective powers to drive away the forces of darkness. It was used as a charm against sorcery and magic, evil spirits, night terrors and madness. Peridot is still celebrated for those virtues, protecting the aura, calms anger, alleviates emotional burden, guilt and obsession. It is particularly beneficial for overcoming fear, depression, as well as releasing jealousy, resentment and spite in order to move forward. Peridot promotes responsibility and forgiveness.

*Not suitable for outdoor use as parts may rust
Measures 22cm from underneath the bottom of the ribbon
Green man measures 4 1/2cm

Based in Oxford I work from home, I have a great love for sewing by hand I make cushions, baby quilts and have just added baby bandana bibs to my range. I have an eye for colour and design and it’s most satisfying to see my work come to life. Many hours are spent transforming an idea into a physical item and every day is a learning curve.

I also make costume jewellery and accessories including bookmarks, suncatchers and key rings. It all started when I broke an elasticised bracelet and decided to buy a reel of jewellers elastic, friends asked if my bracelets were for sale and it’s grown from there. Self taught I am now a dab hand with a pair of pliers, I often fix jewellery for friends. I have an extensive array of jewellery making supplies! As I am a bit of a magpie I am always drawn to something sparkly, I make a wide variety of items so I have something for everyone.
