Ted Fiddlehead an Unfurler
These gentle forest spirits exist in the space between the earth and the low lying early morning mist. Once the mists have lifted they are no longer visible but you can most definitely still hear and feel them! There are many kinds of forest spirits, Rustlers, Screechers, Howlers and Twig crackers to name but a few. Ted Fiddlehead is an Unfurler. He walks the forest floor humming a low barrelling hum, a little like a didgeridoo. The sound echoes around the tightly coiled ferns and encourages them to unfurl.
Ted Fiddlehead comes from my imagination via the medium of needle felted and wet felted wool fibres, clay and forage finds. He measures overall 9.5 inches high, 5.5 inches wide. Will arrive boxed ready for gifting or to open as a treat to yourself.
**Free postage **
Ted Fiddlehead is a one of a kind, collectible piece of fibre art and not suitable for children’s play
