I aim to ship readymade items the next working day after payment has been received, but please allow up to 7 days for despatch especially during busy periods (e.g. Christmas). I will inform you should there be any delays with despatching your order.
All items are sent using Royal mail 2nd Class postage (which, unless otherwise stated, is included in the cost of your item).
Should you require your order quicker then please contact me to arrange an alternative postal service.
Please allow 7-10 days to despatch for made to order items.
All items are sent as flat as possible to minimise costs.
In the event that you wish to return an item, you must advise me as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt.
It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the return to me at their own cost within 30 days of receipt.
If the item is found to be faulty, return postage costs will be refunded in full. If you have just changed your mind, then return postage is non-refundable.
Any items returned found to be contaminated in any way with either smoke, pet hair/smells, stains of any description will not be eligible for a refund.
All items are checked and securely packaged before despatch. In the event of a return. please wrap them securely as I cannot take responsibility for any returned items that have been damaged in transit. Should this be the case, a request for a refund will be rejected.

Fell in love with this bag as soon as I saw it online. Even more so when it arrived,which was also very prompt. Would definitely recommend. So much so that I had my eye on another but was pipped at the post when trying to purchase it.
