Shipping Policy
I post all my items with Royal Mail 1st class for UK and with a Tracked and Signed for service for international from my local post office.
If an item is lost in the post I can offer a refund after 30 days only as that is the Royal Mail policy. I will send your details to Royal Mail and claim for a lost parcel.
If your item is returned due to you not being in to sign for I cannot refund but will resend if you repay the postage costs.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your order, please contact me. I always want customers to be satisfied and will do my best to correct the problem.
If you are unsatisfied with the item it will be refunded on the return of the item except if the item is a custom made personalised item, then I will only refund if the item is damaged.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE IN 14 DAYS. RETURNS WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER
If you are unsure how the design would look, before you order I can sometimes send a mock-up photo of your design before final printing and shipping to avoid disappointments.
If an item is damaged, please provide photos and I will issue a refund for the item or exchange if preferred.
