How tall does your Sunflower grow towards the sky?
This little hare is made from one piece of chunky 10mm thick clear float glass that has been cut to shape using a water jet cutting machine.
It has then been hand-screen printed in green glass enamel in the sunflower stalk design which is fired into place making it waterproof and resistant to sunlight. The sunflower has then been cast in glass powder, before being hand-painted in kiln fired enamels and fused onto the hare. All my kiln-fired pieces are carefully digitally annealed and cooled for strength and safety.

Height – 100mm / 4 inches
Width – 70mm / 2 3/4 inches
Depth – 10mm / 3/8 inch
Weight – 100g / 3 1/2 oz
My little hares are also available as greetings cards, enamel pins and glass brooches, stud earrings and pendants in my shop listings.
