As all items are Handmade to order and/or personalised, we can only accept returns for refund or exchange if your goods are defective/made in error on our part.
Please ensure any personalisation is correct before ordering as we will make your items exactly as described from yourselves.
We always go through vigorous checks to ensure your goods are exactly as described and of the highest quality.
Any goods which have been altered or repaired by yourselves will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
