Current photo shows white writing and is stained in rustic pine. All wording can be any colour just enter your colours or quotes into the box at checkout or you will recieve the plaque as is 😊

We never pass on your details to any 3rd parties and you can be assured your details are secure and only for shipping purposes. The payment process is also confidential and neither me or and 3rd parties can access your details. Stripe are our current payment system as has full buyer protection.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our handmade products unless there is a fault on our part. Items are fully packaged to high quality to prevent any damage in transit.
Once the product has left our shop we cannot be held responsible for any damage and will need investigating with the courier used. Please make sure you have entered the correct information as this will be made exactly as the information provided.
We use EVRI as our preferred method of delivery and your product will be sent by EVRIS 2-3 day delivery (after production time which is approximately 2-3 days.) If there are any changes to this we will contact you ASAP. We cannot take responsibility for damaged/lost goods as a result of the courier or delivery service once left from our store.
We only use tracked courier delivery service to ensure your item reaches you in an efficient and safe way.
We will endeavour to help as much as possible with your order and will help with any investigation in relation to any problems occurring from this.

As all items are Handmade to order and/or personalised, we can only accept returns for refund or exchange if your goods are defective/made in error on our part.
Please ensure any personalisation is correct before ordering as we will make your items exactly as described from yourselves.
We always go through vigorous checks to ensure your goods are exactly as described and of the highest quality.
Any goods which have been altered or repaired by yourselves will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
