Shipping Policy

Dispatch of your order may vary. I always try to dispatch within 3 working days, however some pieces are made to order or customised and therefore dispatch may took longer. If you have specific deadline, please use customer note to add the information.
All orders are sent via Royal mail second class, unless stated otherwise.

Products of value greater than £20 will be packed in own box, otherwise products gonna be safely packed on Bohemian Lace Boutique card. If you wish to add your personal message on the card, please use customer note to let me know. Your message then will be hand written on the card.

Return Policy

I don't accept cancellations on customised and bespoke products. Otherwise, I don't accept cancellation after order dispatched.
If my jewellery doesn't reach you in desirable condition please contact me within 2 weeks. You are responsible to return the item in its original packaging. You are also responsible for any additional lost of value of the item. Once I receive the item I start the refund process. I reserve the right to ask you of photograph of damaged item. I'm not responsible for delays caused by transport.
