The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders, Perishable products (like food or flowers)Digital downloadsIntimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Can I return earrings if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, due to health and safety laws, we cannot accept refund on earrings if you change your mind.
Custom and personalised orders
Yes - however, please contact me first explaining what you would like - so that we can confirm that we are able to source the materials for it and to confirm whether it is a style that I tend to create. A 50% deposit is also required in advance - which is non refundable should you cancel your order. Custom orders cannot be returned.
How quickly must I return an item for a refund?
You must return your item within 30 days. If we have not received your item(s) within 30 days, under the UK's Consumer Rights Act, we are not obliged to refund you.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs - unless the item was faulty when you received it. Any item(s) sent back to us must be in the condition it was received in - and it must be packaged safely to avoid damage in transit. You MUST obtain, and keep, a proof of postage when you return any item(s) to us. Should any item(s) get lost in transit, a refund WILL NOT be given if you cannot provide a proof of postage. A Post Office will provide a proof of postage free of charge - please ask the Post Office staff for it when you send your item. We will not refund any item(s) unless a proof of postage is provided to us when requested. It is to be understood that we are only legally required to refund the basic delivery costs.
How much will I be refunded?
You will be refunded in full - however, we retain the right to reduce the amount we refund to you if you have reduced the quality and/or value of the item(s) by damaging, mishandling or excessively handling the item(s).
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will only be refunded via the original payment method (for example, PayPal payments will only be refunded via PayPal, BACS payments will only be refunded via BACS payment, etc).
When will I receive my refund?
We do our very best to refund customers within 2-3 working days of receiving returned item(s) - however, during busy periods, the Consumer Rights Act allows us up to 30 days to provide a refund.
We kindly ask for your patience whilst waiting for a refund.
How must I request a refund?
You must request a refund by contacting us first. We take fraudulent claims against Debonair Creations very seriously. You MUST contact us first if you have any issues regarding your item(s) - such as faults and damages - so that we can have the opportunity to rectify any issues. We will take legal action, to recover our losses, against anyone that tries to fraudulently claim a refund on any item(s) via PayPal's refund policy, their Credit Card / Debit Card's Section 75 Charge-back policy - or any other method used to obtain a refund using unfair methods.
Selling to Europe?
EU buyer protection laws may require sellers to display their name, business address and VAT number (where applicable) to buyers. Only buyers who have set their location to an EU country will see this information.
