Terms and Conditions

Our contract with you
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.
Each party acknowledges that, in entering into this agreement, he does not rely on any representation, warranty, information or document or other term not forming part of this agreement.
If you use Our Website in any way and make an order on behalf of another person you warrant that you have full authority to do so and you accept personal responsibility for every act or omission by you.
We do not work with stock. Our jewellery is made to order and handcrafted by us. We do not guarantee that Goods advertised on Our Website are available. We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Website on the day you order Goods.
The price of Goods may be changed by us at any time. We will never change a price so as to affect the price charged to you at the time when you buy those Goods.
If in future, you buy Goods from us under any arrangement which does not involve your payment via Our Website; these terms still apply so far as they can be applied.
We do not sell the Goods in all countries. We may refuse to deliver the Goods if you live in a country we do not serve.
4. Acceptance of your order
Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the Goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Goods to you without giving any reason.
If we do not have all of the Goods you order, we will offer you alternatives. If this happens you may:
accept the alternatives we offer;
cancel all or part of your order.
5. Price and payment
The price payable for the Goods that you order is clearly set out on Our Website
It is possible that the price may have increased from that posted on Our Website. If that happens, we will not despatch the Goods until you have confirmed that you wish to buy at the new price.
Our prices are in British Pound (GBP) and include UK value added tax (“VAT”).
If, by mistake, we have under-priced Goods, we will not be liable to supply that those Goods to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you.
The price of the Goods does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed on a page of Our Website before we ask you to pay.
If we owe you money (for this or any other reason), we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 14 days from the date when we accept that repayment is due.
6. Security of your credit card
We take care to make Our Website safe for you to use.

Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use one or more online payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.

Cancellation and refunds
This and the following paragraph apply if you buy as a consumer as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”). Provided the Regulations apply to the transaction concerned, then the following terms apply to the contract.

We now inform you that information relating to all aspects of our Goods is not in this document but in our marketing material, whether that is in the medium of Our Website or in hard copy.
We do not work with stock. Our Goods are individually made by us and made to order (except for the sample Goods).
The following rules apply to cancellation of your order:
We will return your money subject to the following conditions:
you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
In any of the above scenarios, we will return your money within 14 days.
The option to cancel your order is not available:
If the products have been produced according to your specifications or which have been tailored to your specific requirements.
We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing.

Liability for subsequent defects
Please examine the Goods received from us immediately you receive them. If you do not tell us of any defect or problem within 14 days of receipt of the Goods, we shall assume that you have accepted them.
The procedure to return the faulty Goods is as follows:
the Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than 14 days from receipt by you.
please follow the returns procedure provided in the Return Policy.
We will repair or replace the Goods subject to the following conditions:
we receive the faulty Goods with labels and packaging intact.
you comply with our returns procedure.
you tell us clearly what is the fault you complain of, when it first became apparent, and other information to enable us to identify or reproduce it.
If any defect is found, then we shall:
repair or replace the Goods.

Delivery and pick up
Goods are delivered within 30 days from the day we receive the full payment for the Goods you purchased.
Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.
If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.
We may deliver the Goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.
Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.
All Goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the Goods may be retained by the driver. When your Goods arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and immediately contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.
Signing “Unchecked”, “Not Checked” or similar is not acceptable.
Goods are sent by post. We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have despatched your order.
If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So, we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.
Time for delivery specified on the order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.

Foreign taxes and duties
If you are not in the UK, we have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country.
You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.

Intellectual Property
We will defend the intellectual property rights in connection with our Goods and Our Website, including copyright in the Content whether provided by us or by any other content provider (including copyright in:text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data, and software).
Except as set out below, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part.
You may not use our name or logos or trademarks or any other Content on any website of yours or that of any other person.
Subject to the other terms of this agreement, you may download or copy Content only for your own personal use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in it. You may not store electronically any significant portion of any Content.

Shipping Policy

The UK
We offer free shipping in the UK. Your goods will be delivered to you by Royal Mail (Special Delivery) or another respected courier, and will require a signature (subject to the courier social distancing rules). We will email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number. For safety reasons, the product(s) will arrive to you discreetly packaged showing only the company name initials (IJ) on the business address. You should receive your order within 1 – 3 days after it has been dispatched.

Return Policy

Return
Your satisfaction is our top priority therefore at Isadora Jewellery we only make high-quality products. However, If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in original condition within 14 days from the delivery of your order, under the condition that your item meets the return requirements .

Please note that all the Goods are subject to inspection and additional charges may incur depending on the condition of the item(s). Once the item is inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to process your request.

Return
If you decide to return the order then please email us with the request. An email including our return address will be sent to you.

Once you receive the return address, please send the item(s) back to us within 14 days from the delivery of your order. Pack your item(s) securely before shipping. We suggest that you send your item via an insured, traceable shipping method. Isadora Jewellery does not take responsibility for loss or damage of items in transit.

The cost of return shipping is not covered by us and remains the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days for us to process your refund request.
Your return must meet all requirements below to be eligible for a refund:

Return requirements:
– The Goods have not been worn and do not show any signs of use including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, or any other flaws.
– The original product seal is intact and has not been removed. (The Goods are sent with a void tag attached to them. Please make sure that it has not been removed).
– Your return parcel must include all complementary items such as the original gift box, certificates and other promotional items.
– The Goods have previously not been resized or modified.
– The Goods don’t include diamonds purchased as part of GIA certification.
– The Goods have been returned to us within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

After we received the order back, we will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges. It can take up to 14 days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-refundable products
– A special order, customised order that has been produced to your specification.
– The Goods that include diamonds purchased as part of GIA certification.

Damaged / Faulty item
Please examine the Goods received from us immediately you receive them. If you do not tell us of any defect or problem within 14 days of receipt of the Goods, we shall assume that you have accepted them.

If your order arrives damaged / faulty, then please email us telling clearly what is the fault you complain of and when it first became apparent. An email including our return address and return postage will be sent to you. Please pack your item securely before shipping and return the item in original condition within 14 days from the delivery of your order. Once we receive the product, we will repair or replace it within 14 days.

Resizing
To return your product for resizing email us with the request. An email including our return address and return form will be sent to you. Please print, fill in all the relevant information and enclose this form in your return packet. Please note that your return request will be processed based on the information that you wrote on the return form. Please make sure that you send your product for resizing without the certificates as these items might not be returned to you after the resizing process.

Pack your item securely before shipping. We suggest that you send your item via an insured, traceable shipping method. We do not take responsibility for loss or damage of items in transit. The cost of return shipping is not covered by us and remains the customer’s responsibility unless we sent you the wrong size.

If we send you the incorrect size, then we will resize the ring for you as well as arrange and cover the delivery cost. Otherwise, we will charge you £20 for resizing, and you will also be responsible for covering the cost of the delivery.

Resizing process applies only to modify the ring size. Width or thickness of a ring cannot be altered.
Please avoid getting your item resized by a third party such as another jeweller or person other than us as it will void your warranty.
The resizing process takes about 14 days, depending on the product.

!!! Please note that some of our rings and wedding bands we will not be able to resize due to their design. A new order would need to be placed to purchase the product in the correct size.

Repairs
To return your product for repair, email us with the request, attaching pictures of the damage if possible. An email including our return address and return form will be sent to you. Please print, fill in all the relevant information and enclose this form in your return packet. Please note that your return request will be processed based on the information that you wrote on the return form. Please make sure that you send your product for repair without the certificates as these items might not be returned to you after the repair process.

Please note that the repair process takes about 14 days, depending on the product.

Warranty
All our Goods are individually handcrafted by us and made with care and quality materials. Most of them come with a 2-year warranty starting from the delivery of the order. In a rare case of a production defect, we will repair your product if you meet the terms and conditions for the warranty.

All repair requests are subject to inspection before the request is processed. If we determine that our production has not caused the damage, we will inform you about it and let you know if any repair services by us are available at cost or otherwise.

Terms and Conditions for a 2-year Warranty and Repair

1.The warranty is eligible for only production defects and does not cover deformations and damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorised service or normal wear and tear.
2. The warranty is null and void in any case where the item has been modified in any way including engraving, resizing or repair by a third party such as another jeweller or person other than us.
3. If any part of jewellery (including but not limited to stones) falls off, it should be returned along with its parts before any attempt to repair. We do not take responsibility for missing parts or stones.
4. Our 2-year warranty is non-transferable to a third party.

Our 2-year warranty does not cover the following:

– Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing
– Scratches, dents or chipping caused by general wear or misuse.
– Bent, caught or worn-out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to negligence or other damage
– Lost or stolen stone(s)
– Items that have been abused or worn out of expectations for everyday wear.

Please note that the following issues are the characters of the item and cannot be considered as defects:
– Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship
– Natural characteristics of the metal or gemstones (such as colour, internal inclusions, etc.)
