I hope you will love your glass pieces as much as I do. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, I can accept returns within 10 working day of you receiving them. Please contact me directly to arrange details for the return.
For a refund items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
In the unlikely event of your glass arriving damaged or broken, please contact me within 2 working days and send photographs of the damage to me directly. As all items are unique and made in small quantities I may not be able to replace like with like, but I will do my best to rectify the issue and a refund will be made if necessary.
