Using elegant typeface fabric in a charcoal grey background, this zippered pouch has a contrasting ecru irregular striped cotton lining, a complimentary zip & faux zip pull complete the look of your unique bag.

Small Parcel orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 post.

I’m so sorry but I cannot take responsibility for the postal service as at busy periods, items may take longer! 
Please allow up to thirty business days for delivery, as items are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 30 business days after the sending date!

ABOUT MY BAGS:
My bags are carefully sewn in my non-smoking sewing room and will be despatched flat to save on postage costs. A quick steam press with a hot iron will quickly refresh your bag!

Your bag has been lovingly handmade by me, so minor flaws might occur. This is not a sign of low quality as in the nature of hand-made items, it will never be 100% flawless.

 The pictures show the exact bag you are purchasing which is ready to post. Colour may vary slightly due to the colour setting of each individual monitor.

CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours or you can request a refund via the "Ask a Question" button in my shop. If the item has already been despatched then you will have to wait until your parcel arrives and follow the returns process.

All my bags are securely wrapped for protection.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered and if your purchase is for a gift please ensure that you allow enough time for it to reach you as deliveries may take the postal service longer during busy periods e.g. Christmas.


In the extremely rare event of goods not being delivered, please let me know immediately via the ‘Ask a Question’ button or at the email address below. If you have a tracking number then check this to see if your parcel has been delayed or taken back to the post office depot.

Return Policy

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact me first. All costs involved will be returned to you and you have the right to return goods if they develop a fault up to six months after receipt.

Depending upon the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or a full or partial refund. Please use the “contact” section in my shop to discuss.

Unless damaged or faulty (see below), returns are at the customer’s expense. I would recommend returning items via Royal Mail tracked and signed for your own peace of mind.

Refunds will be made by the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked that it is in its original condition for re-sale.
