This document is to set out that Handmade by Bonniefairydoor complies with the new regulations.
This policy serves us through all of our social media sites as well as through our websites and also to all of our customers.
This document has been created to protect our users and customers whether you are just visiting us or if you are purchasing something from us.

Handmade by Bonniefairydoor is a sole trader and in this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Handmade by Bonniefairydoor.

You can contact us through our social media sites or through email [email protected] in the first instances. Postal Addresses and Contact telephone numbers can be given.
What information we collect?
When you place an order with us it will be necessary to collect certain personal data eg names, addresses. and photographs.
This information is necessary so that we can process the order and send it on to you once the product is completed.
We will not need to use this information again unless you are a returning customer.
How do we use personal information?
When you send us this information through. if you have sent photos of yourself/others for use of details to design a bag/other product, they will not be passed on to any other third party, printed off or used in any other way.
I will not post the photographs that you have sent me on any other social media site without your written permission. After completion of the item the photo will be deleted from the message.
When do we share personal data?
We will share your personal data with postal services- myhermes and the post office. We will also share information with Paypal or Stripe in order to receive payment and get the item dispatched to you.
Collection is still available too and I will not require addresses if you are collecting your items but will require name/email address in order to receive payment
We can also deliver your items to our stockists if you prefer either at Handmade Design in Ashbourne or Homespun in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
I do have to keep receipts because I need these to complete tax returns but they will not be passed on to any other 3rd Party.
Where do we store, process and protect personal data?
When you have shared your information with us I will store these electronically. The devices we have include MacBook, iPad and Iphone.
We use additional securities including passcodes and fingerprint recognition in order to stop unauthorised access to this personal information.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
I do not keep private messages (either via Facebook messenger, instagram, or email) that are more than one year old. This may mean that you have to remind me if you are a returning customer and want to come back for something else as lots of you do.
Rights in relation to personal data?
You have the right to contact me & receive a copy of the data that I hold about you.
