Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any of The Gray & Co products you are automatically entering into an agreement that you as the buyer take full responsibility of any and all purchases.
As all products are handmade, colours, sizes, scents, finishings and touches may be different from illustrative means.
We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items once an item has been posted. We do our best to ensure your order is well packaged and protected for the transit ahead. if your orders arrived damaged please take this issue up with the courier who delivers your order.
You agree to read and fully understand all safety labels, CLP and choking hazard labels, where applicable. The Gray & Co does not accept responsibility for improper use on any of our products.

Shipping Policy

Once orders have been paid for your orders will be made and sent out within 3 working days.
Please allow between 3-10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed please get in touch with us to review the status of your order. Please bare in mind busy occasions such as Christmas etc may have a slightly longer period for your orders to arrive.
Your orders are sent with no additional cost to you and with the cheapest shipping provider we can use in order to be able to offer you this service, therefore it is not always possible to provide you with a tracking number. There will always be however proof of delivery.

Return Policy

We do offer refunds and replacements where sufficient evidence has been provided showing damaged, faulty, broken or incorrect orders.
In some cases where a return has been agreed between customer and seller, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item at their expense. this is non negotiable.
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
