Description
This is a gorgeous cake plate made by Royal Albert in the classic “Old Country Roses” pattern featuring sprays of red and yellow roses with a lavish brushed gold edge on the rim.
Measures approximately 10ins (26cms) diameter (handle to handle)
The early backstamp dates this plate to between 1963 and 1973.
In good vintage condition with no cracks, chips or crazing and minimal rubbing on the gilding. Just a few faint cut marks on the surface of the glaze.
