How should I care for my Polymer Clay jewellery & charms?
Please do not wear whilst bathing, showering or swimming.
Do not allow jewellery to come into contact with hairspray, makeup, perfume.
Do not subject your jewellery/charms to any undue stress and/ or pressure.
I aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days.
I don't currently offer international shipping.
My jewellery will arrive to you in a letterbox friendly package.
Orders will be sent using the Royal Mail service.
I offer free 2nd class UK postage & packing.
It is the buyers responsibility to check the delivery address details are correct during check-out.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (earrings) in instances where the seal is broken.
A full refund will be given once the item is safely received.
If you are returning an item, please make sure it's packaged up well as i can't give refunds if items are returned damaged.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I can't be responsible for anything which is lost in the mail, so it's advised to use a tracked service.
