our print on demand partners to process your purchased goods;
our delivery couriers in order to ship goods to you
as part of the contract for sale

Where information is requested from you and you do not provide this:
you may not receive your goods or/and unable to receive services from the website.
We will inform you at the point of collecting information from you, whether you are required to provide the information to us.

How long your personal information will be kept
Your personal information will only be kept for the period of time which is necessary for us to fulfil the above purposes.
We envisage that your personal information shall be retained by us as follows:
invoice or receive - 1 year after purchase been made;
After the period described above, your information shall be properly deleted or anonymized.

Our website is not intended for children (anybody under the age of 18). We do not intend to collect data from children.

Terms and Conditions


In our store you can buy different products with a print on pictures, the design of which was created by the author himself, as well as original paintings and handmade items. Each product has its own description, size and other specification. But we have the right to change this subject.

NOTE: Keep in mind that all products may differ in color from what you see on the screen, as the settings of each device may be different.

Authentic products created by the author (paintings, drawings, etc.) are handmade and copyrighted. The dimensions of the goods are indicated approximately, and may differ little bit from the actual ones, due to manual measurement.

For printed products, we use a custom printing service and many of the following rules below are dictated by our partners, not by us personally. Any disputes about quality can be resolved, but the processing time can be longer, as it is necessary to coordinate with several involved parties.
Our print partners use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes to minimize color variations. Having said that, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the received products, get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. You will find more information in the "Returns" section below.

NOTE: When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

You are required to provide correct information to make sure that order will reach you. That includes:
*delivery address (postcode must be valid and meet local requirements. There should not be any special characters in the address fields. Only special ".,\-'()" characters are accepted)
*full name
*email (optional)
*phone number (for the purposes of shipping)

Phone number and email are used by shipping providers to notify the customer about the status of the order or arrange delivery. We are not using them to send you promotional offers or any spam.

NOTE: In general, we recommend double-checking all the details before processing to check out. If, however, you found a mistake in the address, or need to cancel the order due to other reasons, unfortunately, as all orders are automatically sent for printing to our partners, after that it's not possible to change or cancel the order, it will be printed anyway. In such cases, we will not be able to give you a full refund, since the materials for the manufacture have already been used and they cost money. Please be extra careful when making an order!

Don't forget to pay for your order. We only process orders that have already been paid.
At the moment, our store supports online payments with the most common types of cards. The exact list is available at checkout. If you are faced with the fact that your card is on the list, but the payment still does not go through, or there is another error, please contact your bank to solve this problem.

Shipping Policy

We are tracking all orders. However, for now, our system does not allow us to automatically provide a tracking number directly to all customers, but we still can do it manually and it can take some time. If you receive your number, please keep in mind that sometimes, due to technical processes it may take some time before the link becomes active and reflect updates. But we are always ready to provide you with information and answer any questions about your order.
If you order print-on goods address of shipping out may be different than store address is, as our printing partners may ship your items straight to you, after they been produced. It helps us reduce shipping time (good for you) and carbon dioxide emission (good to planet).

At the moment, we deliver goods only in the UK and Northern Ireland.

We offer Free Standard shipping to our customers. In general, the production and delivery may take from 3-10 working days. In exceptional cases, and for reasons beyond our control, delivery may be late. For high volumes, complex formats or special circumstances delivery times might vary. However, we always try to do everything so that you can receive the goods as quickly as possible. In case of any problems with delivery, please let us know.

As our items usually are produced locally in the same country of delivery no customs fees shouldn't be added. Anyway, it should be understood that any additional costs are regulated by the legislation of the country and we are not responsible for any possible changes to the law.

NOTE: The estimated delivery date provided is based on information from carriers and is not a guarantee. For some shipments, there may be several days in between tracking updates due to customs clearance processes. Please wait for a few more days before you reach out to us and continue to monitor the updates.

Are There Any Delays Due To COVID-19?
Due to the global pandemic, more people are shopping online and from the safety of their homes, and we are experiencing an unprecedented high number of orders. As a result of the increase in volume, shipping carriers and some of our print partners are experiencing more delays. Overall, some of your orders may take longer to arrive than expected.

Return Policy


Defective or damaged products
If in the unfortunate case your order arrives damaged in the mail, or are defective, such as damage, errors in the number or quantity, or lack of quality of the delivered product, please report a problem on the order details within 30 days of your receiving the item. Be sure to include:
*A description of the problem and, if possible, details about how the order was packaged.
*Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (obligatory).
In most cases we will be happy to send you a replacement order. Otherwise, you will be able to receive a full or partial refund.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Sorry, but we will not be able to give you a full refund. If you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Handmade goods are returned to author.

Returned by Customer
Our partners currently do not support returns due to the fact that the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. We accept the returns only if you can provide that product has a manufacturing defect, or it is damaged in way that cannot carry its direct function. Also we cannot accept a refund if the product was damaged by the buyer or has traces of self-repair. If you ordered wrong size or color, we may offer refund only if you send us a whole and undamaged item in original condition. Please remember that in this case YOU will have to pay the postage for the return of the parcel. Refund will be paid only after we receive the goods and conduct a full inspection.
NOTE: If you want be refunded, do NOT send unwanted items back to our partners, as items will be destroyed automatically, and we can`t pay you refund. Address for unwanted items will be given by e-mail to you after your complain be approved bu us.

What If An Order Is Lost In The Mail?
If you believe your order is lost and it meets the following criteria, get in touch with our team and we'll be happy to send a replacement order:
* You have confirmed that the address provided is correct and complete
* Your has contacted their local post office or the shipping carrier to locate the order
* The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
* It has been several working days since the Estimated Delivery Date has passed, and
* There were no recent updates made by the shipping carrier in the tracking link.
For the order to be considered lost, we might first need to confirm this with the shipping provider.

The order is marked as "Delivered" but you hasn't received it
Most likely situation here is that the package has been delivered at the door, or received by someone else at the address. We recommend that you check further.
As it is not possible to verify whether you are not actually received your order, and there are also frequent cases of fraud, we will not be able to provide a refund or a free replacement order if the tracking link indicates that the shipment was delivered. But you may be able to get some compensation from the delivery company, depending on their policy. Contact the delivery company with a complaint and tell them your tracking number.
