ALL orders will now have Tracking, as times are so uncertain - so keep checking your tracking numbers and contact me on Etsy if you have any queries! Please note that all orders outside the UK are likely to be subject to handling/custom fees - these are the responsibility of the buyer, and vary from country to country.


All my items and designs are for personal use only, and are not for resale/ redistribution by anyone other than myself either online or at festivals/fairs/markets/crafting events/car boot sales etc. ALL RIGHTS GO TO DAN and GREENMAN STORE.

In purchasing from my shop, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

Disclaimer: All photos used within my shop of items, and shop logo/cover photo etc are all my own unless stated otherwise, and may not be used/reproduced/edited/copied in any way.

I personally do not keep any personal data shared when purchasing from my shop (such as shipping addresses/numbers/email addresses) - any information will automatically be saved by NuMonday.

If you tag me in any posts/stories of your orders on social media (such as Instagram), I may share your post on my shop Instagram. I may also share reviews on Instagram (with the buyer name, photo and location cropped out). If you specifically DO NOT wish for me to share any of these things, please let me know at the time of posting.

Shipping Policy


All UK items will be sent with recorded delivery. Standard delivery is 2nd Class Signed For. Upgrades to First Class and Next Day are available at checkout.

All orders will now come with full tracking and insurance to the value of the package. All orders will receive a dispatch email/notification and tracking number when the order ships. Orders going to Europe and the US will require a signature, so please keep an eye on tracking numbers. If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, please contact your local depot. If no attempt to collect a package is made, after a while it will likely be returned to me.

All buyers outside the UK will likely be subject to import/handling/custom fees. This is something that is entirely beyond my control, and the law of each individual country. I cannot give estimations of what these costs might be, as they vary from country to country. Any of these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package appears to have gone missing, please check your tracking number. Tracking will be available for ALL orders, and the number will be added to your order as it dispatched. Please check with your neighbours and local depot, if you believe a package has gone missing. Please also double check you provided the correct shipping address. I retain all proof of postages, so please feel free to message me if you would like to see a copy.

If an item is returned to me for any reason (for example, incorrect address provided by buyer or buyer was not around to sign for an item), then it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for reshipping. The only circumstances where I will cover this cost if is the error is on my part.

If NuMonday overcharges on postage, I will always refund you the postage difference (this can happen when placing orders for large quantities)

Upon receipt of goods, if your item and/or parcel is significantly damaged, please contact me with photo evidence as soon as possible. This means I will be able to file a claim with the courier, and hopefully receive compensation. In the event of compensation being paid for the damaged item, I will be able to refund or replace your order. Please note this can take a number of weeks to process, especially for overseas orders.

I check each item carefully before packaging to ensure they are in perfect condition - I never knowingly send out anything which is defective. I do everything in my power to ensure your item is packaged as safely as possible, and write 'Fragile' clearly on the front - but once an item leaves my hands, I have no power over how it is treated by the courier. Items damaged in transit are a terrible shame, and something which upsets me, the artist, as much as it upsets you!
