From personal experience we know the anticipation you have once you’ve placed an order on-line and it’s our aim to ease the wait and post your items as quickly as possible.
Our products are handmade to order and delivery times are clearly stated on each product page for customers to view before placing an order. Orders that are finished within the times stated will be posted as soon as they become finished.
We will 'convo' any purchaser to confirm when their order has been finished and the date of postage.
If you live in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands additional postal charges will apply so please contact us before placing an order.
Please contact us if you are an overseas customer wishing to purchase any of our products and we will happily work out a postage quote for you.
We always try to recycle cardboard and take great care to ensure a product arrives in perfect condition, however in the event that a product is in any way damaged upon receipt, the customer should advise Treasured Wood within 48 hours of receipt and we will use our best endeavours to replace the damaged product within a reasonable time frame or refund the purchase price paid. Please note that we will require damaged items to be returned to us before any refunds can be issued.
