Items dispatched from the U.K via second class Royal Mail parcel service.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. Should your parcel look damaged, please photograph it before opening and then photograph the contents.
If you are unhappy with your item please contact me immediately.
Items needing to be returned must be returned me in perfect condition within 14 days. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs.
