I abide by distance selling regulations and if you have received an item that you wish to return, please let me know as soon as possible after you have received the item and, in any event, within 14 days of receipt. You must then arrange to return the item to me within 30 days from receipt. If the item is faulty then I will refund you the cost of the item plus postage and return postage. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, postage will not be refunded. I will check any item you return, if it is faulty as stated, I will refund or replace the item. Please also be aware that monitor settings can make things a different colour than they actually are and occasionally my photos show the colour on my items differently due to different times of day that I may have taken the photograph (sunshine changing the light for example since I’m not a professional photographer), so the colour may not show as a constant throughout. If you are unsure about the colour or need assurance please contact me before purchase as I cannot accept returns due to you feeling that the item is not the exact colour represented in the photo.
