Shipping Policy

I will endeavour to get your purchase in the post within 48 hours (post office open days). Your package should arrive within 7-14 days EU customers and 10-28 days international customers. This might be more or less depending on your location and time of year. Customs may also delay your order. It is usual to be at the earlier end of these times but could be later. If you have any queries please get in touch. Please let me know when your item arrives.

Return Policy

You are entitled to return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt by you. Please contact me within 14 days to notify me of your intention to return the item. You have 14 days to return the item and I will refund on receipt of the item. Return shipping is payable by you, the buyer, other than where an item is faulty or not as described. I will then refund you shipping both ways. You will not receive a refund for any customs charges or fees paid to your own country's customs office. Everything I send out will leave in excellent condition and apart from a catastrophe should reach you in the same condition. Please get in touch if you have any problems.
