Please note these are not available as stand alone packaging as there is no postage added to the price, so if you accidentally order without purchasing one of our pendulums we will cancel your order and issue you a refund.

Brightest Blessings! We are Justin and Kellie and we live in Devon and create beautiful items to adorn your altar, for ritual use, for ceremonies, protection, spells, healing and magical living.
We are blessed to be the guardians of an ancient woodland and many of our creations are made from fallen and gifted wood from the old trees we look after. We find pieces on our river and seashore walks and recycle wood where we can. We live in nature as much as possible and craft beautiful items which retain the energy of the wood and materials they are made from.
We create them for you with our love, intention and a little magic.
We are passionate about our pieces being environmentally friendly as we love and respect mother nature and feel that this connection is what pure magic is.
We don’t chop down trees for our wood, everything is wind fallen or from coppicing and seasonal pruning and cutting to keep the trees healthy.
All the shells we use are ethically sourced from sustainable suppliers.
All our feathers are cruelty free molted feathers found either by an ornithologist friend in Serbia or by us on our travels.
We use as much recycled packaging as possible, so your order may arrive in an unusual box!
We are happy to offer bespoke items and can create something with your own symbols and spells if desired.

When we are not creating or playing in the woods we spend our time tending our allotment, looking after our cats, Rudi & Madge, walking the beach and river Otter, reading, relaxing and going to festivals and comedy gigs.

Privacy Policy

We respect our customers privacy and as such Shambhala Designs complies with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation which came into force on 25th May 2018 when dealing with all data received from visitors to our page. We only hold the data necessary to offer services provided on our website namely to allow customers to ask product specific questions and to buy items and any follow up feedback that should occur. We only hold personal data for as long as necessary to complete the swift delivery of your order. Once your data is no longer needed it is deleted from our files.

Terms and Conditions

All products will remain the property of Shambhala Designs until paid for in full. Bespoke or custom items in the same condition as sent from us are non returnable unless deemed by us as not fit for purpose. All artwork and images are subject to Shambhala Designs copyrite and may not be used by third parties for advertising their own or similar products.

Shipping Policy

All orders are now shipped with tracking and insurance and will require a signature on arrival. This is not the cheapest but it is the safest method. If you are wanting to order multiple items from outside the UK, then please message us for the best shipping price we can obtain for you. If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we can include a personal message from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let us know when ordering and we will also leave out the invoice! We try to use as much recycled packaging as possible, but we do use bubble wrap as this helps to protect your item. Shambhala Designs UK ship to most of the world, if your country is not listed, then please contact us and we will quote for p&p to your country. We use mainly Royal Mail and UPS depending upon the size and weight of your package. Standard delivery within the UK is usually 2-3 days, if you need something faster then please contact us as we can arrange special delivery for an additional cost. Delivery to Europe normally takes 5-8 working days. Delivery to the US normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive, however, it has been known to be delayed and take as long as 6 weeks, but this does not happen often, but it can happen. Delivery to Australia & New Zealand normally takes 2 weeks, but again can be delayed. We always attach customs documents to parcels leaving the UK, but customs can occasionally delay packages further.

Return Policy

We do our best to ensure your order is correct and safely packaged, but occasionally problems arise during the delivery process. If an item is broken or damaged on arrival, an item is missing, you have received the wrong item or if you are unhappy with your order for any other reason please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. In the case of damage, we will ask for photographs of both the packaging and the damaged or broken item as we will need this to make a claim with either the courier or Royal Mail. All delivery costs incurred are not eligible for refund. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
